The Queen Anne's Lace Chair Doily AKA afghan for Theresa and Ryan is finished! The wedding is Saturday but I will give it to them this evening when they come for supper.
I am really pleased with the way it turned out. With acrylic you never know. They have a child and many pets and wash at the laundromat so acrylic was the only choice.

The pattern for the shawl is free on
Mmario's group. Here is a closer look at the pattern. I did the pattern as written but there is an extended version that I will try for my next one which is already on the needles.

I did not block it at all. this is straight out of the dryer. They live in Arizona so it will probably get it's best use as a chair doily.
I absolutely loved knitting it. Round patterns are my favorite!
Thanks to Ariel for reminding me to add that I used size 10 US needles and Lion Brand acrylic yarn.
